Site Supervisor Temporary 37 Hours pw £32,000~ Gainsborough My client, a renowned public sector organisation in Gainsborough is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor too assist with their void property repairs Responsibilities of the Site Supervisor include: Supervising a team of trades working on void social housing properties Interpreting data, creating schedules, drawings and writing reports for the senior management team Ensuring the delivery of a safe, high quality, efficient and productive repairs service Surveying and inspecting properties Contributing to estimates and valuations Completing work in progress and post quality assurance inspections Holding regular coaching meetings and reviews Essential experience for the Site Supervisor include: SSSTS or equivalent NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade UK Driver's license and access to a vehicle If you believe you have the necessary skills and experience for the SiteSupervisor role, please apply now or contact Bethan Hall at Sellick Partnership Sellick Partnership is a market-leading professional services recruitment specialist operating across the UK.
