Design Manager

Design Manager - Live projects - Greater Manchester Our client is a traditional Tier1 multidisciplinary contractor who are in a period of substantial growth even during the pandemic backdrop. They are seeking a stand-alone Design Manager to join their team. As a Design Manager, you will be predominantly working on live projects although there will be some preconstruction activities you will be involved in. They typically work on projects in the Healthcare and Education sectors (which is obviously very busy right now) though they have ambitions of diversifying more in 2021, very exciting times ahead! Requirements - Applicants MUST come from a Site / Technical background, not from an Architect practise - Experience in a large contractor / Tier 1 environment would be ideal - Successful track record leading the DM function for projects up between £5m - £15m Remuneration - £50,000 - £60,000 per annum - Company Car / Allowance - Pension - Healthcare The Application Process If you are interested in the role of Design Manager please apply and we will contact you within 3 working days if your application has been successful.
