Estimator

We are currently recruiting for an Estimator on behalf of a Wakefield based main contractor, operating within the Residential industry, who are looking to expand their office team. This will primarily be an office based role, with site visits as and when required. You will be responsible for the Estimating process from cradle to grave, including BoQ production, to create a thorough, robust tender for their works. They undertake new build schemes which are usually between £5m and £7m, across the country. They are looking for an experienced Estimator who can work autonomously, who has experience working within the residential sector and ideally is accustomed to using the Conquest software package
