You will report into the Commercial Director and commercially lead a new project just outside Birmingham City Centre, whilst also supervising and mentoring an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. The company are experiencing a period of growth after a challenging few months due to Covid-19 and are looking for ambitious individuals to join them in the next phase of their journey. The Key Requirements - Main contracting background. - Must have delivered a new build project from start to finish valued above £10m. - Knowledge of high rise, RC frame construction would be highly desirable. - A stable track record of employment. - Qualified to Degree or HND level in a relevant subject Salary & Package: - £65,000 - £70,000 - Car Allowance - Pension - Private health Ideal Locations West Midlands, Staffordshire, Worcestershire, Shropshire, Warwickshire.
