Building Services Manager

Building Services Manager required to work for a Regional Contractor on commercial, education, residential, leisure, care homes, health and industrial projects from £2M - £25M across Hampshire, Oxford, Dorset and Somerset. You will be based out of the office in Fareham and will be involved in the procurement strategy, Scope of Works documents, sub contractor pricing, MEP Key design stages from inception through to visiting sites to assist the project teams and to lead MEP meetings as well as developing programmes and assisting with O&M manuals. You must have a relevant mechanical or electrical qualification and have worked in the construction industry either for a main contractor or for a subcontractor on large main contractor projects within the new build sector
