Site Manager

Our client is a residential main contractor that specialise within the new build social housing sector. They have a number of live projects in London and are looking to add to their workforce as a result. They are looking for an externals bias manager to join their project team on a 100 unit scheme in East London. The external packages will include full façade management including cladding, fire stopping, SFS, Brick work, roofing etc. Given the new legislation there is a huge emphasise on the fire stopping element of this project so extensive experience with fire stopping would be an advantage. In addition to the packages you will be managing you will also hold all typical site management duties which will include; management of the specialist sub contractors, Progress reporting into the Project Manager, Management of all Health and safety You must have experience managing external packages for a minimum of 3 years or you will not be considered for this role.
