Project Manager - Social Housing within Gloucestershire & Wiltshire Locations Contract Hourly Rate: £18.50 - £20 Per hour Are you a Project Manager who has experience in managing multiple social housing projects. Due to continued growth and success my client based in Gloucestershire is looking for a Project Manager to lead part of their current maintenance team to cover all workloads for their private clients. Managing multiple sites dealing with all aspects of defect and maintenance work for the social housing sector residents. Social Housing knowledge is a must- Excellent management skills - Experience working for PLC or Social Housing Contractor background. - Preferably based in Gloucestershire or Wiltshire region.
