Freelance Site Manager

FREELANCE SITE MANAGER VACANCY** I am working on behalf of a main contractor based in the West Midlands, who are looking to recruit a Site Manager on a freelance basis for a new build industrial project. The current turnover of the client is £120M, and they have an extensive range of experience through a variety of different sectors, such as: Commercial and mixed-use developments, education and student accommodation, heritage, local authority frameworks, inner-city residential, senior living, industrial and research. I am looking for an experienced Site Manager for this freelance role: You must have experience of being a No 1 on new build industrial projects with a main contractor. The role of the Site Manager would include, but not limited to: - Manage the flow of sub-contractors design information as delegated by the Project Manager to suit the programme of works on site - Monitor and understand position against contract programme, agree recovery programmes with the Project Manager - Ensuring site safety by making safety inspections Sourcing materials - Maintaining quality control procedures Salary will be discussed with successfully shortlisted candidates however will be based off experience.
