Head of Commercial - Building Division

Buildout have been enegaged by a family-owned Building Services Group that has been established for over 10 years, with particular strengths in the delivery of long term framework contracts for predominately Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Government bodies, Schools, Universities and blue chip Commercial Clients. The group has a desire to grow organically in a planned / strategic manner and is not adverse to making small acquisitions. As part of their growth plans they are re-launching their Building Division and are now looking for the right individual to head this up. THE ROLE: * You will be the Head of the Building Division * You will need ambition to start a team from scratch and have a desire to build/expand this division. * You will need to come from an Estimator/Commercial background and willing to support/manage production. * Experience Estimating contracts from £300k up to £2 million * Experience in cost control on successfully winning contracts * Has a level of QS experience to control contracts commercially The company: Industy leading Board of Directors * 3 year growth plan to increase turnover to £20m - £25m * Strong pipeline of existing Clients/Tender opportunities * Established business with a full support system in place due to "group structure" SALARY & BENEFITS: Initial Salary of £50,000 - £60,000 + Package * Share base incentive scheme or an equity stake for the right individual
