Building Services Manager

3 month temporary contract for a building services manager with experience of BMS systems. Your new company Public sector organisation seeking a building services manager with good knowledge of BMS systems. They have a portfolio of properties across Preston. Your new role In this role you will be managing a small team of building services engineers and occasionally having to attend sites and have a hands on approach. You will be looking after mechanical, electrical and BMS systems. What you'll need to succeed You will be HNC/ HND qualified in mechanical or electrical discipline ideally with hands on experience installing and maintaining those systems in the past.
