Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor A leading drylining sub-contractor that specialise in interior refurbishment and office fit outs across London are now looking to expand the commercial team and bring in an Quantity Surveyor. They choose to specialise in Facades, Drylining, Choice plastering and SFS / METSEC contracts ranging anything from £100k - £4m. Responsibilities & Duties * Tracking costs and labour through the project * Preparing costs for variations * Producing monthly valuations * Carry out full construction take off, prepare construction cost plan, track costs & Labour costs efficiency through the project * Prepare subcontract packages for procurement, agree contracts and manage through to final account The Quantity Surveyor must have/be * Be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or working towards this * Relevant IT Skills * Excellent oral communication and written skills * Strong attention to detail * Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills * Confident, Articulate and a critical thinker * Ability to work to deadlines * Willing to undertake training and development when needed
