Groundworks Foreman Groundworks Foreman – Residential Groundworks – Essex A long established and well respected groundworks Company are looking to recruit an experienced Groundworks Foreman to work on residential projects throughout Essex. You will be responsible of the effective management of Sub-Contractors and labourers and report back to the Site Manager / Agent and their absence you will be responsible for managing all site activities. Ensure materials are available and supplied on time in accordance with the construction programme. You will be responsible for performing site inductions and tool box talks, as well as ensuring all staff and labourers on site are complying with current health and safety legislation. You should be an experienced Groundworks Foreman, with a proven and extensive background of working on residential groundworks projects. You will need excellent communication skills and knowledge of current health and safety legislation. In addition you should hold a current CSCS Card and either a SMSTS or SSSTS certificate.
