Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor (Facades) Required in Essex GVR Solutions are currently representing a well-established sub-contractor, based in Essex, who is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. They are a specialist facades and externals contractor who provide a wide range of façade solutions, of a high quality, mainly to the Residential sector. Their scope of works involves: * Building protection * Rendering systems * Lightweight steel framing * Terracotta * Metal rainscreen cladding * Timber cladding * Fibre cement cladding * Panel systems Essentials for the Quantity Surveyor role: * 3-4 years’ experience working for a specialist facades contractor * Experience working on Façade packages in the Residential sector * Degree qualification or equivalent * Strong communication skills * Stable employment history * High-performing individual * Versatile * Excellent time keeping skills The successful candidate must drive as they work across the SE of England and they will require you to visit site most weeks.
