An excellent opportunity has become available for a Town Planner to join a rapidy growing planning consultancy in Milton Keynes. The successful Town Planner will quickly take the lead on a variety of residential, mixed use and commercial applications.
Qualifications:
For this role suitable candidates will have a degree in a planning related discipline and ideally a further MSc (or equivalent), be a Chartered Member of RTPI and will have a minimum of 2 years post qualification town planning experience either within a consultancy or public sector environment.
Experience:
The successful Town Planner will quickly take responsibility for client facing and project management while undertaking research, planning appraisals, preparing and submitting planning applications, S106 negotiations and preparing representations.
