Job Description
As a successful candidate you will have experience working as a Multi Skilled Joiner preferably in social housing.
The duties, of which experience is essential, will include:
- Carry out 1st Fix and 2nd Fix Joinery on tenanted and void properties
- Main trade ideally in joinery or plumbing but multiskilled in plastering, tiling and painting
- Responsible for carrying out reactive, voids or planned maintenance on council properties
Essential requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 qualifications or equivalent
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own hand tools
