Project Engineer - Demolition

We looking for a setting out/site engineer for a project in Green Park. Project is 100 weeks+ Please see below general work elements to be undertaken: * Structural alteration & demolition including temporary works install, cutlines, new door openings and careful take down of listed items * General ground works including installation of new drainage, reduce level dig, underpinning ect * General concrete works including RC slabs, walls, columns ect * Formation of new cores (brick & concrete shafts) * Installation of new steelwork & metal decking See below engineering requirements: * Proactive competent engineer with experience in cut and carve projects * Fluent in English * Problem solving * Update/ complete documents such as QA’s, RFI’s, as builts ect * Good understanding of design & processes * Read and interpreting drawings such as rebar detailing & Temporary works * General site setting out and working with site manager/supervisor for lines, levels, drainage, kickers, toes ect. * Communication with site & design team
