Site Manager - Regional Contractor | New build Timber Frame Residential North London Up to £60,000 + Car allowance + Package Start November 2020 The residential division within an established regional contractor is looking for a Site Manager to join the business for a new build residential timber frame project in North London. The company: 20yrs old with a £40m turnover, generally carries out a mixture of contracts in the North Home Counties and North London area, and has a strong order book for the next 2 years. Typically, a Site Manager will have complete autonomy for a mixture of new build traditional and timber frame schemes valued between £1m - £4m. The project: ·North London ·Starts Early November 2020 ·Programme 60 weeks ·11no flats in 1 block - timber frame construction Experience Required: ·Can work alone as No 1 on site (Can demonstrate a successful record of taking similar projects from start to completion) ·Self-starter and motivated ·Computer literate ·Good communicator ·Good with paperwork ·Safety awareness and able to manage safety ·Experienced in Timber Frame ·Has stability of employment with a recognised contractor in the residential sector ·Holds a current 1st Aid, SMSTS and Black CSCS. ·Lives in the North Home Counties or North London If you have the relevant experience as stated above and would like to apply for this Site Manager job in North London, then please email an updated CV to spencer @(url removed) / (phone number removed).
