Quantity Surveyor

My client are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a project within the Warwick area, and add value to their team. You will earn a salary up to £45,000 with an additional car/car allowance and gain experience with a top tier main contractor. As the Quantity Surveyor you will be: Managing commercial resources of the related project. Managing budgets and valuation submissions. Attending meetings and handling sub-contractor management. Monitoring & mitigating commercial and contractual risk. Maximising cash flow through the valuation of work. Negotiating and analysing contracts. To be successful within Quantity Surveyor role you will have: Experience within a Quantity Surveyor role. A Quantity Surveying related degree. Experience with NEC3 or NEC4 framework. Work on own initiative and make decisions on own judgement. Proficient use of Microsoft packages.
