Job Description

A specialist construction consultancy is looking for a Clerk of Works to deliver a professional service to affordable housing, low-rise and high-rise Residential projects across London The Company The Clerk of Works will join a specialist construction consultancy that provide Building consultancy, Cost consultancy, Clerk of works and Project Management services. They have been continually growing for the past 30 years and focus on staff retention by implementing long-term development plans complemented by strategic CPD. The Role The Clerk of Works will undertake regular inspections of construction work, across London, to monitor progress and quality. They will look after a number of Residential projects.
