Contracts Manager – High-End Residential Sector North Hampshire Salary £65,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + 23 Days Holiday Blaymires Recruitment is representing a highly respected high-end residential Contractor based in North Hampshire who is searching for a Contracts Manager. As Contracts Manager you will be responsible for delivering beautiful residential refurbishments as well as striking new build projects ranging in value from £2M -£6M. Job Purpose * You will assist Pre-Construction throughout the bid stage and, after handover, provide leadership and direction to multiple project teams. * You will be responsible for the successful completion of projects so that they are delivered within the contractual timescales and meet or exceed the anticipated profit margins. * You will work collaboratively with the Senior Manager of the department and other key personnel to champion best practice and ensure that projects are delivered to the high standards expected. * You will support and guide more junior members of the division. Experience * You must have high-end residential experience to be considered. * You will be able to programme and plan projects and ensure all Health and Safety. * You will have good man management experience and be able to motivate and lead all team members. * You will have excellent communication skills. * You will direct and coordinate all project activities with a value ranging between £2M and £6M. * You will manage multiple projects running simultaneously. * You will understand and manage complex project information that requires multiple processes and programme revisions. Technical and Construction Knowledge * A relevant construction qualification etc, NVQ in Construction Management. * Contemporary construction methods and detailing. * Traditional construction methods and detailing. * Conservation and listed buildings. * Basements and RC substructures. * Indoor swimming pool construction.
