FULL-TIME UNIVERSITY CARETAKER ROLES AVAILABLE - LONDON FULL, CLEAN DRIVERS LICENCE NEEDED Your new company You will be working with a well-known university in London that operate from 3 campus sites in the city. Your new role You will be assigned to work within a university environment on a full-time basis. You will be in charge of the cleanliness and safety of the site, as well as helping other members of staff to ensure the campus is in good condition maintenance-wise. You will have to carry out duties such as, cleaning of lifts/stairwells/communal areas/bin areas, assessing the estate and reporting any maintenance issues or health and safety issues to managers. You may also be a key holder of the site in some instances. What you'll need to succeed You will have ideally worked within a Caretaker/Cleaning Operative role in the past with knowledge of daily tasks and responsibilities. You will also need a full, clear drivers licence.
