Project Manager - Construction/RC Frame

CCO Group are currently working on behalf of an established Groundworks and RC Frame contractor based in North West London with over 30 years’ experience in this sector. About the client: Our client work with many of the UK’s top Main Contractors and Developers with the majority of their work being in London, they provide a variety services where they have specialist expertise, including Reinforced Concrete, Groundworks, Civil Engineering, Highways, Drainage, Deep Excavation, Hard Landscaping and Earthworks. They are a very ambitious company that has grown each year and have a clear plan for what they want to achieve, they are a financially viable company that still live by their original family values. They have a requirement for a Project Manager to be based out of their Head Office in London overseeing Groundworks and RC Frame projects. The candidate should have experience of the following: * 5 years or more of Groundworks and RC Frame projects. * Setting Out / Engineering * Writing RAMS. * Relevant H&S Management Training * Planning, arranging & managing Labour, Plant and Material resource. * Implementing programme / productivity targets * Strong leadership qualities * Strong communication skills The salary is dependent on experience and will include a package
