Multi Trader Great opportunity for an experienced Multi Skilled Handyman to work for a family company in a Permanent role. Working in the Local Authority Housing Sector, you will be dealing with Void Contracts/Refurbishment of Social Housing Units. Key elements of the role are associated with: Plumbing Bathroom replacements Kitchen replacements Painting and decorating Carpentry – Doors, bathroom units, handrails etc Plastering You will be used to meeting deadlines, and it is essential that you have excellent communication skills as you will be attending meetings with key Council representatives. This post is on a permanent, full-time employed basis. Options to work as a Limited company (you will need to provide own van, fuel costs covered), PAYE - A fully maintained/insured van is provided, together with a Fuel Card, plus uniform, holiday pay etc (max 3 points) DBS checked would be desirable, but this can be arranged in house to the right candidate
