Quantity Surveyor - Piling

CCO is recruiting on behalf of a Sub Contractor with a turnover in excess of £150 million spread across various divisions in the business. Our client is currently looking to recruit Quantity Surveyors for their Piling Division for projects/ works. Reporting into a Senior and/or Managing QS, the work type will be Piling works in the residential industry. This is an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate level QS that might be ready to jump into a Senior position within 1-2 years. Applicants for all positions must: * Have a proven track record * Must be full time and degree qualified and/or have the required experience. * Professional Qualifications and/or Institute Membership * Stable employment with the same company/group for three years or more * Permanent candidates not freelance * Good References Candidate must: * Reside within a reasonable travelling distance from the Office/Site - 1-1/2 hours travel * Clean Smart appearance * Long term team player The salary dependant on experience and capability of the candidate and will include a benefits package
