Civil Construction Manager

£475/day Umbrella
Our client is part of an Alliance and will provide long term work on one of the largest projects in the north. A multi million pound project, this is an opportunity for you to become a part of this major investment in the rail industry.
The role:
My client is looking for the Civil Construction Manager to deliver lineside civils for Track and Electrification projects. You will be assisting the Project Manager in delivering allocated contracts safely in accordance with legislation and client procedures.
Experienced required:
* General signalling, E&P, M&E knowledge and experience in Construction Manager roles
* Responsible manager briefing
* IOSH safety qualification (or equivalent)
* The right attitude to safety, engineering compliance, and collaborative behaviour
* compliance with all relevant standards and requirements.
* Line Blockage Briefing
* MS Project, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
* Planning of Lineside Civils Works
* Track Induction
In addition:
* Construction experience on large projects
* Knowledge and experience of planning and implementing works in a wide range of circumstances and environments
* Knowledge and understanding of Network Rail Track Standards
