Project Manager -Commercial Fitout

Our client specialises in the fit-out and refurbishment of office & laboratory environments for the pharmaceutical and universities sectors With high spec office fit-out & Cleanroom project located in Birmingham they are looking for a Project Manager on a 14 month contract. The project in a conversion of an existing industrial unit into offices and a clean room production facility total value of c£6M. We are looking for Project Manager with experience on similar type and size of projects. The project is in East Birmingham and we are looking for local Project Managers to apply.
