Quantity Surveyor

We are immediately looking for Quantity Surveyors to join our award-winning client, working out of their offices near London Bridge. Current projects include the Network Rail Sussex and Kent Framework, which includes Structures, Earthworks, and Station Building and Enhancement projects, with a range of values from £100K station jobs to £15m enhancement projects. Various multidisciplinary projects. NEC Option C (Target Cost). Located in London and our Sundridge office, your key activities will include: • Reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the team. • Producing cost reports. • Assisting with target costs production. • Subcontract procurement. • Change management. • Busy reporting timetable. Your qualifications and experience should include: • Contractor or subcontractor experience. • Rail experience preferable, but not essential. • NEC experience preferable, but not essential. • Construction qualifications.
