Senior Design Manager

Blayze Group are currently partnered with a highly regarded main contractor who are looking for a Senior Design Manager to lead a landmark healthcare project in Central London. With a contract value of £200million the successful candidate will be responsible for leading design team from pre-con (the project is at RIBA stage 2) through to site and full completion. This is a long build programme with the project expected to run up to 2024. In return my client are able to offer a salary of up to £95K plus benefits.
