Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience on Industrail Projects and JCT D&B contracts to join a well-established team. Reporting directly to the Managing Surveyor, you will be responsible for maximising profitibility on contracts whilst identifying potentials risks. Main duties may include but will not be limited to; Support and mentor junior staff Monitoring contract costs against budgets Preparation of estimates Procurement of sub-contractors, including preparation of sub contract documents Assessment and certification of interim and final payments to subcontractors Preparation and agreeing main contract variations Assist in the preparation of documents for resolution of disputes (adjudications / arbitrations and the like) Ensure all work complies with quality, safety and environmental policies and the requirements of the company procedureThe Successful candidates will have the following; High level of experience within the built environment Surveying degree accredited by the Institution for Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
