Contracts Project Manager

We are looking for a Construction Contracts Manager to join our growing team working on restoration and remedial works for insurance companies. Customer service is central to our business so you will need to have excellent customer and communication skills as well as problem solving capabilities to resolve any problems. Job Description * Attend pre-start meetings to ensure works required match the scope of works provided * Produce and issue programme of works to all relevant parties * Produce budgets and manage throughout the projects to ensure they are met * Manage trades and contractors to ensure programme runs smoothly and on time. * Be the point of contact for customers and policy holders to ensure all parties are happy. * Monitor quality of work from contractors * Liaise with contractors and suppliers Requirements * Construction management experience is essential, with detailed knowledge of the building and construction trade. * In depth knowledge of all legislative requirements e.g. Health & Safety * Ability to multitask, problem solve and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Experience of customer service and working to a high standard. * Be able to take accountability and make decisions. * Be prepared to travel nationwide for jobs Rate is to be discussed & dependant on experience
