An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Site Manager to join a privately owned and highly respected and M&E Building Services contractor based in Kent who provide Mechanical and Electrical installation services in both the Commercial and Domestic sectors throughout Kent and London, with Contract values ranging from £10k up to £3m. Mechanical Site Manager You will.... * Manage Sub-Contractors and Site Staff * You will possess excellent communication skills as well as strong management skills * Reporting to the Project and Contracts Manager * Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget * Good level of IT skills to include, Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook Remuneration Package for the position Mechanical Site Manager Base salary: £45k - £48k plus company van and fuel card, Bonus Scheme, Pension, Expenses, Smartphone and Laptop.
