Mechanical Project Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Project Manager to join a privately owned and highly respected and M&E Building Services contractor based in Kent who provide Mechanical and Electrical installation services in both the Commercial and Domestic sectors throughout Kent and London, with Contract values ranging from £10k up to £3m. Mechanical Project Manager You will manage and co-ordinate all aspects of the design, procurement, installation and commissioning of projects assigned to you, ensuring that high quality, compliant installations are delivered to the customer in a manner consistent with the company’s contract management system. Further to establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with customers and supply chain. * Manage Sub-Contractors and Site Staff * You will possess excellent communication skills as well as strong management skills * Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget * Good level of IT skills to include, Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook Remuneration Package for the position Mechanical Project Manager Base salary: Up to £55k (inclusive of a £5k car allowance) plus Bonus Scheme, Pension, Expenses, Smartphone and Laptop.
