Plumbing and Heating Engineer

Plumbing and Heating Engineer Hancox Gas and Plumbing are based within the Sutton Coldfield area covering surrounding areas such as Four Oaks, Lichfield, Tamworth and the West Midlands providing a range of services. We have a full time, permanent position available for a qualified, competent, Gas Engineer / Plumber to carry out the below: Overall Purpose of the Plumbing and Heating Engineer Job * Commercial/domestic plumbing and heating repairs * Commercial/domestic boiler installations and repair * Commercial/domestic gas install and repair Plumbing and Heating Engineer Responsibilities * Install commercial/domestic heating/plumbing, full systems and appliances * Install full bathrooms including all associated works and fixtures * Fault finding to commercial/domestic heating/plumbing systems and appliances & carry out repairs * Repairs to hot and cold water systems, sanitary ware and drainage systems * Liaise with client concerning the timing and progress of work being undertaken * Undertake, where necessary, minor building repairs, tiling & carpentry works * Identify materials required to carry out repair/installation to the required standard * Ensure safe handling and storage of all tools and equipment * Complete & retain logs of work undertaken and materials used * Undertake work in accordance with safe working practices Plumbing and Heating Engineer Benefits * Up to £35,000.00 p/a - D.O.E.
