Earthworks Supervisor

Job - Earthworks Site Supervisor Barnsley Salary £20 - £22 per hour Do you have experience in Earthworks? Are you looking for a 6-month contract in South Yorkshire? Have you managed cut and fill projects? Are you a Site Supervisor? ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: A proven track record of managing bulk earthworks schemes as a site supervisor Previous history working on earthworks projects preferably within highways or industrial projects. SMSTS First Aid Certificate CSCS Experience working on fast-paced schemes working to tight deadlines RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES INCLUDE: The ability to manage and drive subcontracts and direct labour Site Inductions including COVID guidelines Authorisation/approval of working hours Reading site drawings Quality Checks Client facing including progress meetings and showing client's round site Hands-on roleKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Good knowledge of earthworks and bulk excavation Ideally from a groundworks background Ordering of materials and plant Basic IT and maths skills Good organisational skills Ability to read site drawings Excellent communication skills at all levels The ability to work as part of a team If you have experience as a site supervisor within Earthworks and are interested in the vacancy please send your CV () as soon as possible or contact Richard Unwin at Venatu Recruitment Group At Venatu Recruitment Group, your right to privacy is important to us.
