Painter & Decorator

We have an exciting opportunity for Painters & Decorators to join our growing team working on restoration and remedial works for insurance companies. Customer service is central to our business so you will need to have excellent customer and communication skills as well as problem solving capabilities to resolve any problems on site. Job Description -Measuring surface areas and working out how much paint or wall covering is needed -Stripping off old wallpaper or layers of paint -Filling holes and cracks to ensure surfaces are level & covering surfaces with primer and undercoat -Applying coats of paint, hanging wallpaper and adding special finishes like glazes or marbling To be considered you must have the following: -Diploma in Painting and Decorating -Have a full UK driving licence and own transport -Own tools to complete jobs The successful candidate must have/be: -Experience in insurance work is preferable -Strong communication and customer service skills -Be prepared to travel for work -Have attention to detail and good problem-solving skills -Punctual, reliable and well presented Location: Northamptonshire & surrounding areas. Rate dependant on experience
