The Opportunity Excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to deliver a new build regeneration scheme in central Cambridge, involving the construction of 300 residential units which includes multiple 7 storey RC frame blocks along with traditional build housing of various designs, with the site being built for both private sale and affordable housing. * Multiple RC frame blocks * Underground Car Parking * Traditional build high spec housing * Extensive Infrastructure * Regeneration Scheme * 300 Residential Units * At least 10 years of work in the Cambridge area * Opportunity to progress to Contracts Manager The Candidate The ideal candidate will be a Site Manager, Senior Site Manager or Project Manager with a background in delivering new build residential schemes; able to manage programmes & budgets, and successfully lead a site team to deliver an exceptional quality product, with key focus on detail and an eye for quality. Longevity in their career is vital for the successful Project Manager, with a track history of taken projects from start to finish.
