You will oversee the design and detailing carried out by external consultants which will include Section 38, S104 and 278 agreements. This hands on role will see you liasing with other team members to seek the discharge of building regulations and planning conditions. The applicants applying should have a recognised HNC/HND within an engineering disciplien and 5 years of work expereince.
