Planner

We are working with a leading volume house builder on an exciting opportunity for a Planner to join their team based in Bristol. They are a quality builder that retain a family feel environment. They are known for outstanding career development and progression opportunities. The successful Planner will be involved in land opportunities, implementing planning strategies, delivering planning projects and giving advice on future land. The Planner will be responsible for multiple sites at any one time reporting into the Land Director. The Successful Candidate: You will be an experienced Planning professional within the housebuilding / residential industry. My client will consider someone from a consultancy background Experience of submitting planning applications for approval Managing all aspects of the day-to-day promotion of all current planning applications Liaising directly with and responding to the comments of planning authorities to ensure the successful outcome of the planning application process Managing all internal and external stakeholders such as consultants involved in the planning applications/promotions, wirting reports Ability to work in a team and take responsibility Ability to present confidently to clients MRTPI accredited (this is not essential) Minimum of 5 years experience What's on Offer?
