Assistant Site Manager - New Build Residential - RC Frame

My client is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to work on a new build residential development in Essex. The successful Assistant Site Manager will be supporting the existing site team. You will be looking after trades packages on an RC Frame development, you could be on a block running groundworks and piling or you could be on internal trades. Your duties will include inductions, toolbox talks, enforcing health & safety protocols around site and holding subcontractor meetings. To be considered for this Assistant Site Manager role, you must valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates. This Assistant Site Manager position is being offered on a freelance basis initially, and could potentially go permanent further down the line.
