Crest Nicholson's Midlands Division are looking for a Site Manager for our Shipston Gardens development, based in Shipston on Stour, Warwickshire. 90 units of traditional build homes, with beautiful surroundings in the heart of the Cotswolds, More information can be found via our website This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate to take on the challenge of supporting in the build of 50 homes, essentially from scratch. You will be encouraged to show your skill set during this build, with opportunities at bigger more complex sites available to outstanding candidates. The successful candidate will be overseeing subcontractors, working to ensure a smooth build process, working proactively to identify potential problems and finding solutions to ensure we never compromise on the build quality or safety on site. Candidates must have strong build programming experience You will operating and control the site strictly in accordance with the Method Statement and ensuring each property is completed on time and available to the purchaser fit for occupation. Any issues that arise during the build, as well as post-production will require immediate attention, with a cost effective solution implemented to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
