Madisons Recruitment are looking for an Electrical Project Manager to work with a large mechanical and Electrical contractor travelling across various sites in London.
This is a permanent position with the opportunity to progress within the company.
Our client works within large range of sectors including commercial, residential, industrial, education and healthcare covering a full range of services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the electrical industry.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director and Contractors director the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and delivering the project safely, on programme, within budget, and to the full satisfaction of clients.
Project Manager duties:
* Working closely with site management team
* Full commercial responsibility (costs of labour, procurement, final accounts etc.)
* Overseeing all works being carried out on site
* Setting goals and objectives for the project
* Site inspections & Weekly on site meetings
Project Manager requirements:
* SMSTS/SSSTS
* Electrical qualifications and work background is necessary.
* First Aid
* HNC Qualified in an Electrical Engineering or Equivalent Discipline.
* Extensive experience in management at a senior level of construction projects.
* Excellent people management skills, with the ability to influence and mentor
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* High Levels of communication
* Ability to meet deadlines
