Our Client is looking for a Site Manager to deliver the Rainscreen Cladding package for a project in North West London, you will need experience in Cladding and the different types of rainscreen systems. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the external building envelope package for a project in North West London. Your duties will include: * Putting men to work * Talk box talks * Make sure everyone adheres to health and safety. * Daily work plan briefings * Manage progress * Paperwork and e-mails For this Site Manager role, it is essential you have: * CSCS Card (Black/Gold card) * SMSTS * Good knowledge and experience of Rainscreen products * Computer literate * Proven track record working on external facades * Experienced in using Kingspan rainscreen products.
