Personnel Selection Andover are looking for Early Shift Production Operatives / General Labourers for an ongoing assignment on the outskirts of Andover. Hours will be 3.15pm to 1.30am Monday to Friday To be considered for the role, You will need to meet the following criteria: Ideally you would have worked in a assembly or production role before. You must be happy to work in a extremely heavy and repetitive environment. Good hand eye co-ordination. Be able to use hand and power tools. Flexible attitude to meet the demands of the company to move you in any department needed. Ranging from Assembly, Machining or Warehouse. Working with various materials from Wood, Metal and Glass. A good sense of humour and self motivated. Be able to work under your own supervision as well as working within teams. Occasional Saturday overtime will also be available. These roles are temporary however lots of work is available so will be for a number of weeks not days! possibly longer...However the company do pay attention to hard working individuals and there may me the opportunity for some candidates to go permanent within the company.
