Site Manager - Decent Homes - Internal/External

The Client Our client is an extremely establish decent homes contractor based in London who have been trading since the 1970's. They are currently looking for a Site Manager to join their team and assist them in the management and delivery of their decent homes programme which will be based in Brixton & Streatham. The Candidate The ideal candidate would have previously worked for a decent homes contractor and would have delivered in social housing/decent homes schemes for a minimum of 5 years. Works you will be expected to manage include roof replacements, window and door renewal, concrete repair and restoration and scaffold management. Your main duties will include management of sub-contractors and direct staff, health and safety talks, inspecting works pre and post works, liaising with the client, attending progress meetings and the general delivery of the programme. All candidates applying for the role will require the following: SMSTS , CSCS , First Aid , Asbestos Awareness , Full Driving Licence. A minimum of five years experience managing decent home projects This is a permanent position which requires someone to start within a months notice.
