Business Development Manager | £35,000 - £50,000 | Essex| Fit Out & Interiors| Permanent

Based out of Essex but roaming across London, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join this fast paced and highly respected fit out company who function as both sub-contractor and contractor on commercial fit out projects.
Some of your responsibilities:
* Research, analyse and network with organisations and professional contacts to uncover new opportunities
* Validate and qualify leads
* Deliver a pipeline of leads and appointments and record these in to dedicated software programs
* Plan and oversee marketing initiatives
* Contact potential end user clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings where possible
* Effectively communicate information across multidisciplines / teams
Must Haves:
* Proven business development skills with experience in networking and nurturing relationships
* Client facing skills
* Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads / enquiries in to tangible business streams
* Proven background in building and developing close working relationships
* Fit out, joinery and carpentry knowledge would be a distinct advantage
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Resilient, hardworking, self-motivated attitude
