Showroom Sales Consultant

Contek Recruitment are currently looking for a experienced showroom sales assistant In Birmingham for our client who is a Kitchen and Bathroom Fitting Company Our client specialises in renovating existing kitchens and bedrooms. Due to continued growth and success they are now recruiting for showroom sales assistant to work from our showroom in Hall Green, Birmingham. THE ROLE • As a showroom sales assistant you will be the first point of contact for customers contacting by phone, email or coming to the showroom • You will be showing customers the range of products and services on offer e.g. Kitchen doors, worktops, handles, appliances etc • Arranging and booking appointments for a member of the team to carry out a home / site visit • Taking phone calls from potential and existing customers • Ensuring showroom clean and tidy always • Providing written quotations • Updating CRM and other systems • Carrying out other admin work as required THE PERSON • Experience of working in a showroom e.g. Kitchens, Bathrooms • You must be IT proficient • You MUST have excellent customer service skills with great customer facing skills • Hands on and happy to help within all departments • Live within a commutable distance to the Hall Green, Birmingham showroom
