Quantity Surveyor - Fire Protection / Passive Fire - Permanent Role - Upto £50,000 + Package About the Client A multi faceted contractor who have a Head Office in Peterborough but work predominantly in London and the South East. One of their business units specialises in Fire Protection and they supply and fit high spec passive fire protection. The team are fully FIRAS certified and have an outstanding reputation in their field. About the Role You will join as a Quantity Surveyor and work alongside the pre construction and commercial teams. A number of new contracts have been awarded recently so the work is there for an experienced QS to join and start working immediately. The head office is Peterborough and you will be expected to work 1 or 2 days per week at the office. The other 3 to 4 days will be spent either visiting site sin and around London, or working remotely from home if you'd like. There is also the option to work in the office full time if you are based near Peterborough. What you Need to Succeed You will be educated to a degree level in Quantity Surveying and have a some experience in the passive fire / fire protection sectors. You must be a strong negotiator and able to work on multiple projects concurrently. You will be organised and ambitious and will work well as part of a small commercial team.
