AC Service and Maintenance Engineer

Are you an experienced AC Maintenance Engineer-looking to join a progressive, and forward-thinking company? You will provide the required Technical Services with the minimum of supervision to our clients in respect of a variety of building services, repairs, maintenance and installation. Key responsibilities - To undertake PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customers’ expectations are met. - To ensure that equipment operates to specified performance criteria. - To evaluate performance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out. - To ensure equipment and surrounding area conform to agreed company standards. Person Specification - F-Gas Cat 1 at minimum is essential - please do not apply if you do not have a F-Gas qualification - Relevant City and Guilds or NVQ qualifications – AC or HVAC - Must have worked with CIU and HIU systems - Strong client facing experience - A positive attitude to basic electrical, plumbing or fabric tasks - Happy to be included in a call out rota of 1 in 5 This is a full time permanent role, it is a mobile position and as such comes with a van.
