Project Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor – Essex This highly respected, award winning contractor across London and the South East are seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join them in their continuous growth across Essex and neighbouring areas. The Quantity Surveyor’s role The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the day to day management of a 100-unit traditional build scheme in central Essex. The Project Quantity Surveyor will act as number 1 on site, being the main point of contact for subcontractors and the client. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be mentored by a Senior Quantity Surveyor, who will take regular trips to site. The Quantity Surveyor The successful Quantity Surveyor should have experience of working within the Construction industry for a residential Main Contractor and House Builder. Must have had experience working on residential schemes for a Main Contractor. Traditional Build experience. BSc Quantity Surveying or construction related degree.In Return for the Quantity Surveyor? £50,000-£65,000 (dependant on experience) Car/Car Allowance Bonus 7.5% Private Health Pension 26 days holiday increasing with service Great Career Progression Travel Expenses
