Site Co-ordinator for a Construction company based in West London
Experience required at pre-construction stage carrying our site Risk assessments and Health and Safety reports
You will be the Clients first point of contact on each project so must be Client focused and presentable
Attend first site visit following the meeting agenda; this includes:
Checking the quotation matches the job
Informing the contractor/client of expectations and requirements.
Completed site notes signed by both parties to agree how the works are going to take place.
Surveying and measuring the sub floor, room sizes, access
Issue all required cross sections and technical information
Sketch basic information if contractor is unclear
Review joint layouts
Run through all stages of the installation and sealing process. (Underfloor heating/Cut & Cover)
CSCS, First Aid and SSSTS required
Client facing role
Managing H&S, RAMS and permits
